Commencing at the corners between Section 15 and 16, and Sections 21 and 22; Thence North along the Section line for a distance of 582 feet; Thence West 25 feet, for the Point of Beginning; Thence West 700 feet; Thence North 629.7 feetto a point on the West side of the County Road; Thence in a southeasterly direction along West side of County Road for a distance of 969 feet to the Point of Beginning.
